Ayam Cemani
We currently have two show quality hens and a rooster with an extra nub on his comb that disqualified him from show. Our first batch of chicks from this trio produced excellent color with no leakage and black rimmed, grey tongues. We expect to see continued excellence from this group. Due to their rarity, high cull rate to maintain good bloodlines and no color leakage, plus the high demand for this breed, these are our most valuable poultry.

We are happy to announce that we have both of the breeds required to make this popular, designer chicken breed. Due to the high demand, but low success rate of getting the right ratio of color for this hybrid, these are our second most valuable poultry.

Black Copper Maran
